  Customization Process

  1. Submit Your Design: Send us the pictures or design of the items you need, along with the size and quantity. We will provide a quote for you.
  2. Order Confirmation: If you decide to proceed, we will create a Proforma Invoice (PI) for you. A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the order.
  3. 3D Artwork Creation: Upon receiving the down payment, we will create 3D artwork for your approval. If you are not satisfied with the artwork, we will revise it until you are. A full refund is available if you are not satisfied with the final design before production.
  4. Product Completion: Once the products are finished, we will send you photos for your review and confirmation.
  5. Final Payment: If everything meets your approval, you will pay the remaining balance.
  6. Shipping Arrangement: After receiving the balance, we will arrange shipping for you.
